I ordered from purple.com and, the delivery was mostly fine. Like, the tracking was easy enough to keep up with, and the box showed up in good shape, so that was good. It did end up coming a day later than the original estimate, which was kind of annoying because I had planned to be home for it. But the driver left it right by the door, and, you know, everything was okay in the end. Not totally perfect, but overall still a good experience

At first, I wasn’t really sure about it. The first few nights felt kind of odd and firmer than I expected, but after a couple weeks it seemed to settle in or I just got used to it. Either way, I’m sleeping better now and not waking up as sore. Glad I didn’t give up on it right away.

The material feels soft to me, but it still has a bit of that springy feel. I’m not totally sure how to describe it, but it’s comfortable and feels good overall

I had to use the warranty for my mattress, and to be fair, they did end up replacing it. I was already a little frustrated at the time since I just wanted the issue handled, and the slow replies made it feel like more back and forth than necessary. It worked out in the end, but the process could’ve been quicker.

I bought the Purple mattress because my partner is one of those people who somehow turns bedtime into a full-body workout. I was getting irritated waking up every time they rolled over, so I was really hoping this would help.

The motion isolation has been way better than what we had before. I don’t really notice them getting up or shifting around now, which feels like such a relief. It’s not completely magic or anything, there’s still a tiny bit of movement here and there, but it’s so much less that I actually sleep longer.

I’m someone who sleeps hot, so I was expecting this mattress to be overhyped. Weirdly enough, it actually does stay cool through the night. I’ve had my Purple mattress for a little over 3 years now, it’s still doing its job really well. My biggest concern when I bought it was whether it would start sagging in the spot where I sleep every night, but that hasn’t really happened.
It’s been moved twice and used every single night, so I feel like it’s had a fair test. The cover has some normal wear, but the mattress itself still feels about the same. I appreciate when a product actually holds up instead of turning into waste after a couple years, so overall I’m happy with it.

I’ve had my purple mattress for a few weeks now, i’m sleeping a lot better. I’m not waking up as much during the night, and my back doesn’t feel nearly as stiff in the morning. The first couple nights felt a little strange since it’s definitely different from a regular mattress, but once I got used to it, I really started liking it. Delivery was a bit slower than I hoped, so I’d give it 4 stars, but comfort-wise I’d definitely recommend it.

I’ve generally had a good impression of Purple, and I do like the quality of their products. That said, the mattress size I wanted was out of stock when I was ready to buy, and a few accessories kept showing limited availability too, so I ended up waiting longer than I expected. It was a little annoying, but overall I still think the products are solid once you can actually get them.

Support was really helpful and got my order fixed, so I’m happy with that. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, well, not forever or anything, just a bit of a wait, but overall they sorted it out.
